This is part Twenty-Two of my Let's Play of Grand Theft Auto 3 on the PC, with the goal of completing the game with 100% completion. D-Ice might have the dumbest missions in the entire game. While Luigi and Joey had very basic missions, they did not last this long and they had the excuse that they were arguably tutorials.
