This is part Eighteen of my Let's Play of Grand Theft Auto 3 on the PC, with the goal of completing the game with 100% completion. Believe it or not, my method of doing Ray's final mission is not the most absurd. It's possible to fly Ray to the airport in the Dodo. Also, I'm switching from Bandicam to FRAPS due to technical problems that caused this part to be attempted 4 times.
