In context with the "Fair Use Act", this video falls under the line regarding "use in a parody of some of the content of the work parodied;". This video is part of a series where I overlay a comedy analysis track over the actual content. Given that Section 107 of the Copyright Act permits "fair use" of copyrighted materials "for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, I feel this is being used for the criticism aspect as well.
