I decide to start my move to the East toward a new town. I have several fun battles against orcs and undead, but in the end I fall. However, I fight my way through the underworld and LIVE! Only to die again and then take a critical arrow that puts me out. Time for a new character and QUESTS! Woo hoo!
I found Hero's Song during the Steam Autumn Sale and was blown away by it. The Gameplay video on the Store Page is really well done and Hero's Song has so much potential that I can't wait to see it fully release! You can create an entire world that is proceedurally generated and has it's own history that not only you, but friends or even strangers can play in if you choose to allow them! Up to 200!!! people. Craziness! An action-RPG roguelike for the ages! I hope you enjoy this Steam Early Access coverage and get excited about this ambitious project!

What Is Hero's Song?
Hero's Song is an open world roguelike fantasy action-RPG! You have the ability to create the world in which you will play and as such you can modify the world in many ways. Once you decide and tweak the world how you want it, it generates towns, factions, events, dungeons, and 10,000 years of history for your world. This is not an easy hack n' slash RPG with more clicks meaning more power. It's quite hardcore and there is the ever present threat of permadeath looming just off screen at any moment. Tons of crafting and monsters to slay, it will keep you, or several friends, or even online strangers entertained for ages. Death looms around ever corner, can you survive?
