Part 4 of my playthrough of Ion Fury.

Boy oh boy does Act 4 ramp up the difficulty, and by 'difficulty' I mean 'cheaply-hidden mobs that get a surprise round of attacks on me every time I enter a new area'. It's a pattern of artificial difficulty curving that I've seen happening more and more in Ion Fury. It's easily the most annoying thing about it.

Complaints aside, I soldier on and get most of the way through Act 4, fighting Lord Zedd all along the way as well as pulling of a pro-gamer maneuver! Also I get frustrated at the end and stop short of tilting out (thanks chat!). I looked it up and I still have a whole extra level before the end of Act 4, so it was foolish of me to think I was going to keep doing an act a night.
