Rant mode on! This video is me complaining about an optional part of the game and why I am not doing it. Skip this part if you like.

This part is just explaining the supposed (many sites and forums say many different things about setting this up) method of earning the Demon Overlord title and why I will not be doing it.

You have to kill 20 Level 500+ Overlords and a Level 700+ Overlord in a single Dark World run. The problem is not the strength of the Overlord but finding a Dark World that actually has these necessary requirements. If your first stage of the Dark World fails to have a Level 500+ Overlord in it, your chances of accomplishing this feat is zero.

I spent nearly two days straight searching through Dark Gates and did not find a single Dark World with Level 500 monsters (actually I found one but it had no Overlord in it). I found no solid data or methods to increase the level of these encounters, leading me to believe this is entirely luck based.

Note that if you are playing this game legit and not on an emulator, every failed attempt means you either have to fully complete the Dark World or reset your Playstation before attempting another Dark Gate.
