Hina Kagiyama can be rather dangerous. She has powerful debuffs and any debuffs put on her will result in her reversing them and turning them into buffs. She has powerful Area Dark and Fire magic nukes. Worse is her debuff spell will apply debuffs to herself, setting her up to flip the effects and go nuts. When she flips the debuffs she immediately follows with a powerful nuke that can easily wipe the party.


Hina Kagiyama (Nagashi-bina of the Hidden God)

A rather unique magic user. Hina revolves around Debuffs. She has a Debuff spell that applies heavy Debuffs to all stats to EVERYONE including the front row and herself. She then has an Area Dark spell that takes those Debuffs on herself and uses it to boost the power of the spell for a massive hit. Her final spell is a Row based Fire nuke that can Debuff random stats. Her mechanics truly shine in her passives. She can treat Debuffs as buffs, gaining the benefits while also still using them for her Pain Flow spell. She can also absorb Debuffs from the front row when she concentrates. She can also give herself debuffs every action. Goes great with Parsee's passives of doing more when more Debuffs are floating around.
