0Now that Samus has regained her Speed Booster,she can smash through the wall in the Pump Control Room and lower the water level. This allows you to pick up a Missile Tank in this room,and then Speed Boost to the next room to get another. You can find a couple more Missile Tanks near the Navigation Room if you're quick. Speaking of Navigation Room,this time the computer sends Samus to Sector 3 PYR. She'll need to open the green Level 2 Security Hatches this time. You can find it near the starting rooms to the west,you'll just need to build up a Speed Boost and a Shinespark to get to it. Unlocking the Security Hatch also allows X Parasites to invade this Sector though. Following the path ahead will take you to another Missile Tank in plain sight. The next Data Room to the east gets Samus Super Missiles! Now her Missiles do triple damage. You'll find a damaged floor outside the Data Room,it leads to a Missile Tank and a Recharge Room. You'll soon face the next boss,a rogue Security Robot. Hang from the ladder on the ceiling to try and dodge it's jump attacks and fire bombs. It's weak point is the brown spot in the middle; you'll have to aim Super Missiles at it precisely from above to hurt it. It'll run off after taking enough damage. You can get another Energy Tank on the way back to the Navigation Room afterwards. Samus will end up being sent to Sector 6 NOC next. Unfortunately,cold blue X-Parasites from Sector 6 have invaded this area. If Samus touches these,she'll be hurt due to a side effect of the Metroid Vaccine. You can stun them temporarily by shooting them. You'll be able to get a Missile Tank soon after entering this sector. Make your way through the next few areas,dodging any Cold X-Parasites that you can along the way. You'll soon find an Energy Tank,and then a room that the SA-X appears in. It'll need to use a Power Bomb to blast open a wall,then just wait till it leaves to press on. You'll be able to Save up ahead,then you'll face the next boss. It's called Barrier Core-X,or Giant Core-X. All it can do is try to fly into you. You'll have to stick to the Charge Beam here,Super Missiles won't hurt it until it's a regular size Core-X. Defeating it will get you the Varia Suit back! Now Samus won't take damage from hot and cold areas,and can now absorb the blue X-Parasites to restore energy. Found several more Missile Tanks before returning to the Navigation Room.
