Let's Play Metroid Fusion Part 7
1Now that Samus has her Wave Beam back,she can now enter the Restricted Zone of the B.S.L. Research Station. It's here that she discovers the Galactic Federation's dirty little secret. They've been breeding Metroids here! "Peaceful Applications" my ass. Anyway,the SA-X ends up discovering this place as well. It tries to destroy the Metroids here,leaving you with 1 minute to escape before the lab is ejected from the station. Our computer isn't happy about finding and destroying this lab,and let's us know that there are no less than 10 SA-X aboard the station now. Passing through the next areas,ended up finding another Energy Tank. You'll have to force the enemies to change into Super Space Pirates in order to open some doors. These Space Pirates can only be hurt by a Charge Shot to the back. Further ahead is the next boss...and it's Ridley! Also called Neo Ridley or Ridley-X. There's not a whole lot of strategy to this fight really,just try to keep moving while aiming for him with charged Plasma Beam shots or Super Missiles. If you don't have a lot of Energy Tanks you could be in trouble,he can hit pretty hard. If he grabs you,pummel him with Missiles until he lets go. He's not *too* hard,just loud with those screams. Defeat his Core-X and you'll finally get the Screw Attack back! Now Samus can use her ultimate attack to crush most enemies in her path while Space Jumping. The Screw Attack will get Samus back to Sector 1 SRX,and you should be able to get a few Missile Tanks and a Power Bomb Tank along the way to the Nav. Room. At the Nav. Room,your Computer will inform you the Federation is on it's way here. They want to try and capture an SA-X for themselves,like it would work. They would just end up as X Parasite bait and pose a threat to the entire universe. Samus originally plans to destroy the station along with herself,but then the Computer suggests propelling the station instead into Planet SR388! Could it really be Adam? Anyway,one last mission Lady! Destroy the B.S.L. Research Station,Planet SR388,and the X Parasites along with it!
