Defeating Gandrayda nets Samus Grapple Voltage. This allows her to either drain or power up certain objects when using the Grapple Beam. That's all we can do on the Pirate Homeworld for now,so heading back to Elysia next. There's a new area you can access now,which ends up leading to the Spider Ball ability! Now Samus can climb those magnetic rails again. This ability combined with others like the Seeker Missile and Grapple Voltage can be used on this planet to get other goodies as well,more Missile Expansions and Energy Cells and such.
