Noney assumes the mantle of de-facto leader of the Institute by decree of her ailing son, Shaun, and after the installation and powering up of the institute's nuclear reactor, it's time for yet another board meeting, where Noney makes a few executive decisions for her new underlings, and is then tasked to head back to the surface and finally deal with an annoyance that she's been itching to squash for a while: The Railroad. Hearkening back all the way back to Episode 19, she prepares to head to the old church for a face-off with Desdemona that's been a long time coming...

Fallout 4 is the 5th Core title in the Fallout game series, and 8th altogether. Released in 2015 from Bethesda Softworks to rave reviews, it tells the story of Nate or Nora (Renamed at the player's discretion), a (wo)man out of time, who was sent to Vault-Tec Vault 111 on the day of World War 3 and put into cryogenic hibernation, only to be partially awoken later to witness their spouse murdered and child abducted by a strange group of people. The protagonist emerges from the vault, determined to find what happened to their beloved baby Shaun, who they hope is still alive.
