Part 3 of "Monster Party" for the NES, played through Nestopia v1.41.

After escaping the castle ruins, Mark and Bert reach the Dark World Lake, it's largest body of water, filled with all sorts of nasty aquatic monsters. Not to mention the javelin-tossing robot and the zombies that just want to perform the dance of the dead. On the other side of the lake is a haunted house maze with the Chameleon Man lurking toward the back. Which is the real Chameleon Man?
