After finally recovering the Egg of Light, Duster recovers his memories. Before we can celebrate, some Pigmasks show up and take us straight to Thunder Tower which seems to be the source of all this Lightning.

The security seems to be lackluster, especially considering they think we're they're Commander. We start the climb up the Tower and learn that they're responsible for all the Lightning.
