We find an Elf named Kirkis passed out outside so we bring him in to see what's going on. It turns out he swam all the way here to seek our help. Apparently, the Imperial General Kwanda Rosman is planning on exterminating the Elves and he wants us to help, so Mathiu suggests a reconnaissance mission.
But before that, we recruit a few characters such as Meg, Juppo's Niece, Gaspar, a gambling buddy of Tai Ho who will be our major source of money, and Sheena, Lepant's son. After all that, Tora Castle upgrades, so we take a look around.
