Let's Play "Muppet Treasure Island": the CD-ROM Game! (Part 3)
24Yep, even after becoming K-O the Kangaroo, I've still been able to make my usual kinds of videos again. Here I do another Let's Play video, and this time it's of the "Muppet Treasure Island" CD-ROM adventure game by Activision and Jim Henson Productions! Here I play the role of the unseen/generic "Hawkins," and team up with Stevenson the Parrot (voiced by Bruce Lanoil, he was supposed to be in the movie but never made the cut) and all your favorite Muppet characters, from Kermit the Frog (Steve Whitmire), the Great Gonzo (Dave Golez), Rizzo the Rat (Steve Whitmire again), Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy and Sam the Eagle (all three by the great Frank Oz), and several other Muppets with voices by Kevin Clash, Jerry Nelson and others. It's adventure mixed with your usual Muppety goodness, including pies in the face, lampshade hanging, even firing Beaker out of a cannon!
This part covers Disc 3 (as this game was made prior to the DVD days, it had to be stored on three compact discs that you would change during gameplay), which takes place on Treasure Island itself, where we rescue Miss Piggy, help Gonzo and Rizzo find the elusive treasure, and once again confront the one-legged pirate: Long John Silver! (played by Tim Curry)
