Time to get Kisuke's 2nd Ending. In order to access it,you need both the Mumei Tamanoo,and the Tsukiotoshi blades equipped when you enter the final boss area. You get both these weapons from completing both character's stories once. If done right,you'll face Momohime here instead of the Shogun. The fight against Momohime is pretty simple. Break her blade like you would a samurai to start dealing damage to her. She can recover quickly though,so dish out the damage fast. Quick Draws only work if their blade is broken as well,otherwise they block the attack. Momohime can attack normally,and also unleash a barrage of ranged attacks that Jinkuro is invincible during. His ultimate attack,if you get caught by it,will probably do about 2,000 damage to you. Keep breaking those blades and she'll gone down soon enough! In this ending,Jinkuro is banished and Momohime returned to her body. Kisuke winds up as her servant,and the 2 travel across the world gathering and destroying Muramasa blades.
