0Part 9 of my let's play for Nancy Drew Ransom of the Seven Ships, game #20 in the series.
This episode unfortunately begins with more monkey fuckery, only this time George has to deal with it to get that medallion back. Of course it has to be that damn board game that is entirely dependent on luck and so we're there for a while. I swear they've programed that game to be as bullshit as possible, making you hit every wrong space despite all the odds stacked against it. First thing I'm doing after this mystery is over is taking that board and tossing it into the ocean so no future tourists get subjected to this shit.
After that, I gain control of Nancy once more as someone has to be productive in this adventure and it sure isn't George. I locate another dial piece inside the sundial and then it's back to the main island to search for more. Eventually we make our way to Halfmoon Reef which appears to be guarded by the children of Cthulhu and have to coax an octopus out of his home to get at the next dial piece. This takes me way to long to figure out, and much backtracking to the island for more air is involved which doesn't make matters any better. I finally get that tentacled fuck out of there and grab the dial near the end of the episode. We're close now people! Only one more dial left before we can use them in Blue Hole. I sure hope I haven't forgotten anything.....
