We enter world 4, the beach/water world.

4-1: This isn't an underwater level, but it has a lot of water anyway. It shows us the other main function of the Penguin Suit, that being that it can swim much better than regular Mario. (It can also slide across the surface of water, which doesn't come up much.)

4-2: A mountain level, of all things, with some thin platforms and jumping Cheep-Cheeps. I actually wonder if this was originally intended for world 6 and got moved here.

4-3: Another beach level, this time with more standard platforming. It also has Huck-it Crabs.

4-Tower: This focuses on conveyor belts and constantly-spawning metal blocks that act as platforms and obstacles.
