Let's Play Path of Exile [Blind Ep 22] Fairgraves, Part 2 & Siosa's Library (Legacy Ranger, POE 2.6)
3Let's Play Path of Exile, blind! Episode 22 is so full of character, there's Fairgraves quest to turn in (with an interesting twist ending) and Siosa's quest to begin! I adventure through two offshoots of the Imperial Garden in this episode of Path of Exile: The Hedge Maze and The Library!
The Hedge Maze is a pretty easy area, lots of similar enemies to the Imperial Gardens. I do have a death though, one of those Devourer's is just insanely strong - or I have poor resistance to that kind of damage. Either way, I get wrecked!
Once my ranger has Chitus' Plum, she heads back to Captain Fairgraves at the Docks. She turns in his quest, providing him with Chitus' Plum and the Spiritus Decanter. Fairgraves uses these two items to form himself a drink that's supposed to cause a rebirth where he will die from the concoction, then be resurrected by his Allflame. In a twist of events, the drink Captain Fairgraves formed ends up putting out the Allflame and killing Captain Fairgraves. An unfortunate end to an adventurer with quite a unique and interesting history. Or is it? He made a comeback once, already.
After that quest is done with, my ranger heads back to the Imperial Gardens and then into The Library! Here, my ranger meets Siosa and a whole lot of new enemies. Strange kinds, too. Like relics of the past, giant skeletal monstrosities come to life and try to kill my ranger. The Library is one of my favorite areas to play through so far, it's a nice relaxing blast through a ton of baddies.
Siosa wants my ranger to open a hidden door to The Archives and track down some Golden Pages. I was on Siosa's side at the start of this quest, but after tracking down and reading some of the Golden Pages I'm starting to become a little suspicous of Siosa. My ranger and I will have to find out the truth next time!
