Today I start of project I've been sitting on for a while now. Let's head in and play some Persona 5 Royal with the following rules.

Merciless Difficulty
The party aside from the mc who can't be, must be set to act freely
Absolutely NO dlc personas
No level grinding, I am only aloud to clear each enemy in any given palace twice, and no grinding for levels in Mementos.
No using the Ultimate personas from Social Links.
I must fuse 100% of available personas before the true final boss.

The only exceptions to these rules is for the Super bosses in new game +, the first battle when ryuji joins (because act freely ai is really dumb and you will see why in that episode), and the battle arena.
