Having gotten out of the red numbers for a brief moment thanks to selling the trees in the last part, my new cell walls are getting built, but not filled in.
In the moment of ultimate panic, I take and max out a loan (only $2500) and sell 20% of my shares, just to get the money to be able to have my cells done and get that grant done, while still letting in prisoners.
having gotten the grant, I pay back the loan and buy back my shares.
Having over 40 prisoners I am able to do 2 more grants, 1 of which gets completed automatically while the other one takes me some to to complete, as I failed to understand how to get it done (as I explained in the video, that in a previous playthrough I got it automatically as well)
After having my prisoners exhausted from me forcing them to work 48 hours in a row without food or sleep in the last video, because suddenly I find myself having $20.000 cash again.
Looking for more Confidential informants in the mean time and just waiting until my worksop gets used at last!
I also finish off that 1 row of cells so I can get more prisoners
At some point, out of boredom I do annoy 1 max security prisoner by having him searched multiple times in a row.
and guess what? Positive Daily Chashflow (until I hire more guards)
I also find my first Ex Law inforcement and put him in Protective Custody, which I will later explain.
