I go over a few minor changes and optimizations before taking in our first Death row iname and 24 more prisoners to fill up the Med Sec part.
I also explain the consequenses of executing a Death Row Inmate too ealy, but also mention the reward for doing it properly according to procedure.
Then I build the first part of the Cell Block B, set up some Camera's around Cellblock A and finish the last grant that revolves around Security.
