Let's Play Recettear (Part 36)

Arma (Boss):
Arma is a character boss so two successive hits will knock her over and cause her to be immune to hits for a few seconds. Arma has alot of different attacks and they all hurt alot so here is a list.
Spinning Saw Blades: These shoot out in a higher elevation and come back at a lower elevation. So watch out for these when they are coming back towards Arma. Even then, they are shot at like 3-4 at a time so it can still be hard to avoid.
Flamethrower: If you are directly in line with Arma she will use this or her gatling gun. The flamethrower fires in a narrow cone and leaves behind flames that can hurt you if you run into them.
Gatling Gun: A rapid fire attack that will not knock you over. This means all those bullets will hit, quickly shredding you if you don't get out of the way.
Rocket Launcher: Lobs a rocket that makes a dome explosion. Rather easy to avoid.
Vector Cannon: Giant laser beam that takes several seconds to charge. If you let this hit you, you deserve to die. She will usually be near a wall when she does this attack but if she is not, this will blow her backwards so do not stand behind her.
Easiest way to fight this boss is from max range. Vacuum Slash (Louie and Nagi) can keep her at bay and keep you far enough away to prevent her from using any of her attacks. Spin Slash can work as well just like other character fights but this puts you in range for her to spam spinning saw blades and if you accidently get in line with her you are going to be shredded and burnt to ash by her gatling gun and flamethrower. Tielle may do alright as well if you just spam Cuterage! and spam long range arrow shots. Beyond that, not sure what else will work. Bring lots of food and candy to keep your hp up and sp up to spam your best attacks. This is a tough fight, enjoy.
