65On the first episode of Let's Play Resident Evil Village, Ethan and Mia Winters have moved to a vague European location to live as a family with their newborn daughter Rose. Aside from Mia's instability when the Baker Mansion incident is mentioned, things seem to be going well for them. But then Chris Redfield rudely interrupts dinner by gunning down Mia and kidnapping Ethan and Rose. Ethan then wakes to find the truck transporting him has crashed, leaving him alone in the dark woods. Wandering through the spooky woods full of dead crows leads him to a grimy house, but no one is around. After something smashes down the wall, we decide to follow it and end up in a village with a castle looming above. In the mostly abandoned village we eventually meet a man who is very stressed, and he hands us a gun before being dragged into the ceiling. We're then attacked by a hairy, feral man who bites off a chunk of Ethan's hand and two fingers, but we put him down.
