First Impressions On: Alien 3 (Game Boy)

On this episode of First Impressions, we've got one final version of the LJN published tie-in games for Alien 3. But this one's a bit different than the run and gun sidescrollers, as it's a slower-paced survival adventure that requires you to search out items and progress through a main plot while trying to complete a short list of goals to survive and escape Fiorina-161 with the remaining prisoners. Of course, there's still an inordinate number of Xenomorphs roaming around, and at one point we need to find an armory (the absence of which was actually a key point in the movie), but I kind of dig this take on trying to game-ify a not particularly game-friendly movie.
