Let's Play Space Quest III, Part 3
2Hello, and welcome part 3 of my Space Quest III Let's Play!
In the last episode, Roger Wilco had just landed on the purple desert planet Phleebhut and started exploring the place. He soon found a huge monster... machine standing next to Fester Blatz' World O' Wonders. After haggling for a good price for his glowing gem (from Space Quest II), he bought some neat stuff.
Right outside the store, Roger ran into Arnoid the Annihilator, who quickly grabbed him. As it turned out, Roger was owing Gippazoid Novelties Co. some buckazoids. Apparently the Labionian Terror Beast Mating Whistle wasn't free as stated in the order form (also Space Quest II). But as Arnoid was feeling extra generous, he gave Roger the chance to escape. Roger quickly ran and hid himself under a rock overhang. Arnoid found him quite quick, but he didn't notice the pulsating pods hanging above. They had a taste at Arnoid and then quickly spat out his clunky remains. His invisibility belt made it through the dinner trauma though, so with the help of Orat-on-a-Stick, Roger had another neat gadget.
Now that Phleebhut had even less to offer, Roger made it back to his ship to explore some more. But his stomach recommended strongly a visit to the nearby Monolith Burger restaurant. That's where we join Roger in this episode...
