Star 5 of Tick Tock Clock is halfway up the tower in a cage. This one requires a bit of timed jumps to climb up a series of moving bars that protrude from and contract into the wall. The final star requires collecting 8 red coins near the start, on a series of rotating platforms. Collecting these coins while the parts are moving is a frustrating hassle. Make it easier for mario by entering the world when the minute hand is pointing to the 12 to stop time and cause the platforms to become perfectly horizontal and stationary. The red coins will be a cinch in this condition!
