Once upon a time, a race of fairies live happily on Ripple Star, when suddenly, a cloud of dark matter invades their world, plunging it into darkness. The Queen of fairies entrusts Ribbon, a pink haired fairy, to take their sacred crystal somewhere safe. Attempting to fly away however, 3 entities pursue her and shatter the crystal into several shards that scatter across the galaxy. Ribbon crash lands on Pop Star and meets up with Kirby himself. Together they set off on an adventure to gather the shards to restore the big crystal to its former glory. Along the way he'll team up with a docile inhabitant of Pop Star: Waddle Dee, and a young artist girl, whose paintings come to life, named Adeleine! However, the Dark Matter entities have possessed them to do their bidding in destroying our heroes. Can Kirby Help Ribbon recover the missing Crystal Shards? Can he vanquish the Dark Matter entities which threaten his friends? Find out in my first Let's Play of 2022!
