Rainbow Ride still has a couple more main stars to collect. One lies atop a series of pyramid-like platforms which Mario will just slide off of if he attempts to climb them. Use the switch at the base of the series of steps in order to flatten them out for a few seconds. Act fast to make it to the top and collect the star, before the platforms regain their pyramid shape. The final star of this level, as well as the last main star of the game lies somewhere beyond a rainbow ring closeby the cruiser ship. Use the cannon at the stern to fire Mario across the skies, through the rainbow ring to reach a lone island floating in space. Take care of the lone Chuckya before it hurls you over the edge, then bust the block open to obtain the last main star of Rainbow Ride, which also happens to be the last main star of the game!
