Rules of the Game:
Take a Shot When:
-Getting a New Power-up*
-Defeating a major boss
(excluding the first chozo)
-Dying
-Getting Lost

Take a drink when:
-Saving
-Getting the map (excluding the first one)
-During the entire trip of an elevator (up and down)

*=any subsequent missile and energy tank is a drink instead of a shot
