In this episode Sebastian's elevator ride ends by plummeting to the ground, and as the car lies face-down, water begins pouring in. Sebastian pries the doors wider, and dives into the water to make his escape. He finds himself in a twisted city-scape, as the land contorts itself into strange and unrecognizable shapes. Making his way through the treacherous environment, Sebastian notices that Beacon Mental Hospital is the only building in the entire city left untouched. With some areas flooded, Sebastian has no choice but to swim through corpse-laden pools. Fortunately, before diving in, he notices a creature lurks there: Shigyo, a mutated fish-monster. In a Jaws-like sequence, Sebastian distracts the creature and quickly swims past it to safety. While exploring some office buildings, Sebastian hears Kidman calling for help, and readies himself to rush to her aid.
