Things get wrapped up, and credits. The director gives a speech, Tulba goes back to the middle of nowhere to help patients, this time with confidence and skill, Heather finds work in another branch of Caduceus, and Stiles and Angie set out for, presumably, Caduceus Japan, where, presumably, he and Angie get transferred to after the branch in Angels Bay moves to Maryland. I haven't the slightest clue how the chronology between this game and New Blood works, so there you have it, the fact that this game was made after New Blood doesn't help much (at least, no one seems to remember Neo-GUILT or anything). That about wraps up the main game, so what of the post-game?

After saving the file and going through the intro things again (or not because I edited that out), load up the file and it opens up a 'secret' chapter (how secret something that's all OVER the internet can be, that is). Chapter X is, by far, THE hardest chapter in the entire game, and the game makes no secret of it. I added a pausing annotation for clarity; Chapter X has only 1 difficulty; Extreme. To make things worse, I've been told that this game is the second hardest game in the series, behind Trauma Team (at least on Specialist difficulty).

And I'll make mincemeat of them using my space-time powers. Including Super Sige, because this time I won't be operating on it like a COMPLETE MORON.
