Testing recording with my new audio card I have discovered two things. It does not like it when things are not running at a stable FPS and it will desync if it's unstable, and Last Window, thanks to the added stress of the audio card, is running at a completely unstable 38-60 FPS. The only possible fix for this would be to record using the old...whatever I was using previously, but that would rape the soundtrack and I'd rather not. Using the build-in AVI recorder would eliminate all the lag and possibly allow me to record the game, and record that recording with commentary (I'm not above pulling such BS if needed), however that build-in recorded...well...SO YEAH. So:

-Recording with the NEW audio isn't possible due to desyncing
-Recording with the OLD audio isn't accepted due to it raping the soundtrack
-The Build-in AVI recorded does not work because of the (non)tilted screen.

This was a quick 5 second test to see how effective the build-in AVI recording is. It is certainly good at stopping lag, and although I can't do traditional post-commentary I could, if need be, record the avi recording with "live" "post-"commentary. However there's this TINY problem that I kind of did not count on.

With that, I'm COMPLETELY out of ideas. I still intend to LP this game, and it's certainly one worth LPing (sure it'd be another 100+ part LP, but let's be honest here, I have quite some EXPERIENCE with those), but I'd need a way to actually record the game properly (preferably one that does not involve me recording things two or three times, but considering the video I can safely conclude I'm not in a position to be picky)
