We clean up the level. We get the Breath of Life Talisman which allows us to swim in the poison waters. After this level, we go back to The River of Souls to get that level's Primagen Key and then this level's Primagen Key. Three Energy Totems still standing. One thing to note is a secret in this level that requires a Talisman from the final level. You don't actually need it though. In this remaster, you can grab onto ledges. You'll have to perform a very tricky jump at an angle to get to the ledge that'll lead you to the last three secrets. I say it's very tricky because it took me a LOT of tries off camera to get it right, but it is doable and if you make it, you'll be treated to many lovely weapons that'll give you just about 80% of your arsenal so you'll have most of the weapons found in the game before you start Level 4 or 5.
