When it comes to remembering the layouts of dungeons, the location of an hard to find weapon or random pieces of trivia about a game from my childhood, they stick in my head from the day I learned them, never being dislodged by anything that comes along afterwards. The same cannot be said for things that should be far easier to remember like the names of bosses encountered in this game. There are a couple of bosses that I can't remember the name of for the life of me and considering how they pretty much exactly like what they are, I can't explain why I get them muddled up. Such is the nature of memory, more tricky and elusive as time goes by.

That said, we're making good headway in reaching Castle Glaive, though the game starts to throw multiple bosses in a single dungeon at you from this point onward. Worse yet, it begins to present you with optional equipment that's really useful but out of your way, making you go down entirely optional paths to attain it. The game doesn't let you get away with missing the essential weapons you need to complete the game - the battle axe, the sickle and the chain - and won't even let you sell or trash them, but some of the most useful stuff can be entirely missed if you're not careful. Fortunately, Jym is always observant and methodical, leaving no stone unturned and carefully pondering every situation as he gets closer to Castle Glaive.

I'd like to believe that about Jym, but I know what he's going to do in the near future and let's just say that if you think he's made bad choices up till now, soon he's going to outdo himself in terms of foolishness.
