Let's talk about Nioh PvP and how good it can be!
Pick your poison - wooden sticks, bathrobe and a perfectly balanced honorable duel or free of rules brawl with everybody abusing whatever they can. Both can be fun, both are an option.
With PvP going live till the end of April we have some spare time to discuss what we want to see when it comes to Nioh PvP and what we don't want to see. So, let's do it.
Will it be successful if they let it roll the way it is right now? Will the community handle this much 'cancer'? With Dark Souls 3 being the most casual and 'cancer' free Souls game in the series - it stands no chance when compared to Nioh, yet there are lots of players who are eager to join Nioh community to enjoy its PvP content.
Chances are, those newcomers are gonna be upset... but isn't it what made the original Dark Souls game so glorious? With everything being broken, nothing is broken.
On the other hand, Team Ninja can go for the most efficient solution - presenting PvP in isolated environment. Doing so will allow Team Ninja to focus on balancing and fixing some major issues, which will result in more user-friendly, polished experience... yet I am not entirely sure on what option you can enjoy the best.
