Don't Move has apparently been out for like, 10 years, but I'd never heard of it! This is a sort of anti-game, wherein the entire conceit is that you cannot really do what you expect to be able to do, and instead continue to unlock more and more features made to fill out the game without providing any actual substance. You unlock medals, then achievements, coins, costumes, etc. The whole thing is commentary on games dumping in mechanics that only serve to add time to the game, and not actually substance. It was ... an experience.
Pawndemonium is chess, but if chess pieces had HP, attack power, and you had a limited resource with which to do things. I really, really should have done the tutorial first with this game, because I can say that going into it blind really has you flailing around for the first bit. Heck I'm still not sure why I was allowed to do more moves sometimes and not others.
Bold Blade gave me real big Vampire Survivor energy. You're a man looking for the greatest sword in the world. To do so, you travel to an island and fight everyone on it. In doing so you get money, which you can use to upgrade all manner of things: Your sword length/width, armor, hp, stamina, etc. Each upgrade bringing you close to toppling the final arena and finding your bladed treasure. The New Game + feature is kind of weak, and it's obvious more was meant to be added and never was.
