Spooky Station is a collection of spooky (but not really scary) games. I got a little confused by how itch does game packs like this, so I ended up only trying one game this time, which is Tower of 100 Floors.

I'm going to be honest: I skipped the intro, which had the character's motivations for going into hell tower, but it has something to do with saving your town. Regardless, The game is a roguelike where you, a cat in a coat, get some weapons, and move room to room, murdering anything else that moves before they murder you. It's a simple premise executed reasonably well. There's a weird bug with reloading your gun and it losing said added ammo (shoot your gun once after you grab ammo to get around it), but other than that it's pretty solid!

I was not very good at it, and only managed to get to level 11. I consider that an achievement in itself, given how bad I am at these kinds of games. The game was pretty fluid, there is very much an aesthetic that I didn't mind, but it is at least consistent. Overall, a pretty well-crafted little game.
