LFC#38 - How to Defrag the Pagefile

Or at least, how to clear it, defrag behind it, and create fresh one.
TL;DW Version: Set the pagefile to 16MB (min and max). Open RegEdit and set HKEY_LM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\MemoryManagement\ClearPagefileAtShutdown to 1. Shutdown (don't restart), turn on and shutdown again for good measure. Defrag HDD as normal, Pagefile should be gone. Once defrag is finished, set up the pagefile again. I recommend 2048MB min/max.
