Yea there's a million of these but I'm short on video material this month ^^;
I recommend upgrading to Windows 10 on pretty much anything that's less that 5 years old – however, there are certain computers, or roles, where you're best of sticking to 7.
Here's the simplest way of killing the GWX app, so it's not throwing up nag messages all the time!

This is a registry edit / hack, basic method is;
1. Create the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Gwx
2. In the new key, make a DWORD 32bit value called DisableGwx
3. Set the value to 1
4. Reboot, done.
NOTE: Key/value names are Case Sensitive.
