Life is Strange on PC with Yuzu vs Ryujinx & Best Emulator Settings
Emulator performance comparison of Life is Strange 2 for Switch using both Yuzu Early Access 3359 and Ryujinx 1.1.599 on a fairly modern gaming desktop.
Better to play this game on the Nintendo Switch or other platforms for now.
In Yuzu, we couldn't get the game to display anything or show the main menu. It only played the music so this emulation will need some work still.
Ryujinx does better and can get into the game, but we still experience a lot of experience impacting graphical glitches and crashes.
The game crashes more often at 2x res upscaling, so we recommend leaving it at 1x - but even at 1x it will crash.
Disabling vSync does nothing for the fps, it stays at 30fps.
