Hasbro's Lightning Collection line continues with the Dino Charge Black Ranger, Chase! This is a Target exclusive figure, complete with the standard set of accessories. He looks great overall except for the Dino Com on the belt having the paint colors swapped, which makes him inconsistent with Dino Charge Red and just inaccurate. The civilian head looks good though, and I still think he's worth a purchase.
