Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII: Full Playthrough [Part 4] Luxerion: Side Quests
So I've decided to play through LRFFXIII again for the 8th time. However this time I'll be doing all side quests in all 4 main locations such as Luxerion,Yusnaan,The Dead Dunes & The Wildlands. I'll also be playing on Hard Difficulty for majority of the play through. I have video's of me finishing the game already,but I want to go through it again trying to cover everything if I can.

Side Quest's
Voices From The Grave
So to start this quest,you need to talk to a lady in front of the North Station at times (06:00-18:00). Once you do,you'll then need to find and talk to 2 other Residents and a Guard. Resident 2,a lady can be found in the Residences area at times (06:00-18:00). Resident 3,a man can be found near South Station at times (06:00-18:00). Lastly the Guard/Officer can be found near the Clock Tower near the Cathedral and is available at all times of the day and night. As for the Ghost's,there is three of them. The first one named Carla,can be found at times (00:00-04:00) in front of the clock in front of North Station. The second one named Zandra,can be found at times (00:00-04:00) in front of the Clock Tower. The final one,the third one named Myka,can be found in the Forsaken Graveyard at times (00:00-04:00). Myka will give you a Phantom Rose needed for the "A Rose By Another Name" Side Quest. Catch Part 5 to see Quest ending.
The Girl Who Cried Wolf
To begin this quest,you'll need to answer the phone that's ringing near North Station. To proceed you'll then need to go the entrance to the Forsaken Graveyard and use the "Fanatic's" phone that you used at the beginning of the game. From there you'll need to head to South Station and answer the final phone call from Louise. Once you do you'll then need to change the time to (00:00) Midnight and enter the Warren. Louise can be found next to the Oracle Drive surrounded by Etro Fanatic's. Simply walk up to them and they'll run away in fear of Lightning. Talk to Louise to end the quest and receive her Soul. Catch Part 5 to see Quest ending.
Like Clockwork
To begin this quest talk to Armena in front of the North Station at times (08:00-18:00). There is a total of 13 Clock in Luxerion. There's 4 Clock in and at North Station. One Clock at the entrance to the Forsaken Graveyard. Two Clock's in the Commercial District. One Clock in the Residences. One Clock in the Warehouse District. One Clock near the South Station. The Giant Clock Tower near the Cathedral. One Clock at the right entrance gate that leads to the Cathedral and the final Clock is in Old Town. Return back to Armena once you find and check all 13 Clocks.
The Avid Reader
This quest is lengthy,but to start it talk to Ranulph near the Clock Tower. Mitka can be found at times (05:00-01:00) in the Residences.
The man with no name/Reddick can be found in the Warren. To be continued.
Buried Passion
To start this quest talk to Armand in the Residences at times (10:00-19:00). However this quest requires you to talk to Armand on three different occasions on three different days. You'll also need the Quill Pen found in some crates in Old Town,found on the first day or any day really. To Be Continued.
The Saint's Stone
To begin this quest speak to Aremiah outside the Holy District at times (22:00-06:00). To find Vanille's crystal shard go to the Warehouse District and talk to a man looking at some obvious red and white crates. Simply break them open and pick up a silvered metal and the crystal shard. Once you do that,return back to Aremiah and she'll give you a key to get in the Cathedral grounds to sneak in and see Vanille,who is only available at times (22:00-06:00). To Be Continued in Part 6.
