After defeating Wong in combat, he discloses that the Barracudas and the Ganzhe are secretly controlled by the Overseer, the true ruler of Hawaii's underworld. Having leaked this information, Wong is subsequently betrayed by his own subordinates, who are revealed to be spies for the Overseer.
