4LIMAMAPS.ca is a tool that computer hackers (not crackers) have pulled together using open source data given to the government by employers who say they absolutely can not hire locals to do the work.
The concerning part of the matter is that none of these employers are paying their employees enough money to live in the city/town/village that they are working in. This creates a giant wealth inequality issue here in Canada. Our leaders and representatives don't seem to care or be concerned about it at all. From what I have seen directly, it seems to be because the Politian's only want to keep their friends and family insulated with wealth while the rest of us just try to deal with whatever is left over.

I have chosen to look over Orangeville in this particular video because I know the area super well. I also know that there are quite a few rich people there that are incredibly disconnected from reality and only interested in themselves. My family owned a dairy in the area during the depression. They dropped bottles of milk off to every house if they could pay or if they could not. They did this until they had to close the dairy. Years later my family would bet the list of who owed how much money It was the rich who could still afford to pay who chose not to. That is meaningful.
While it is important for us to make sure we all have equality and the right to gainful employment, we CAN NOT harden our hearts to foreigners. I myself am a (5th Gen?) Immigrant. Our country NEEDS new people all the time, but not at the cost of who is already here. While these employers are taking advantage of locals, they are also taking advantage of foreigners.
