The WS15Z-1 paired easily with my Quirky Wink Hub through Z-wave. My house has two black wires, one red wire, and the white wires were not connected to anything. After using a multimeter to test which one was the hot wire and which one was the load wire since they were both black. Although the white wires inside the box were bundled together and not connected to anything, I assumed it was the neutral wires. They were wired in the following manner:

*White Linear to White Wall
*Black Hot Linear to Black Hot Wall
*Black Load Linear to Blue Load Wall
*Green Ground Linear to Copper Ground Wall

To pair the Linear WS15Z to my Wink Hub, I used iOS 8.1 and the Wink App. I went to "add" a "generic z-wave switch". When the app started looking for a new device, I turned the switch off then on again, and the app found the Linear switch and automatically added it as a light switch in the app.

There is a 10-second buffer needed when toggling the switch on/off remotely. If you physically press the on/off buttons, then you can turn the lights on/off as fast a you want. But when using the app, you need to wait 10 seconds before sending two commands (on then off or vice versa).
