New characters (24 in total), new game modes, character creation and updated graphics

~~ Capture note ~~
I had to capture in 4/3 since the capturing software throttled down the speed of the emulator in higher resolution (and capture at 30 fps)
But the game runs at a stable 50 fps in higher resolution when not recording.
