my theory is that the govt paid alot for this ad, and because they're the highest adspace bidder as a result, their ad is not just the only ad that ever airs now, but is also now extremely common. any other time, there's like no ads whatsoever. plus, i don't need to hear this shit, i already know how to stay safe, and i'm prolly listening to music to FORGET about all the shit that's going on.
