This is the strategy I'm using for this run:

Ruins:
-Exhaust kill count before napstablook (you get healed at the end so it doesn't matter)

Snowdin:
-Equip tough glove from box (also make sure to kill snowdrake to avoid aborting geno)
-Exhaust kill count in the final room (spare Jerry) (you get healed at the end up to 48hp, which is the last time you can get hp in this run)

Waterfall:
-Grind encounters in the telescope room (up until 17, since shyren spawns)
-Get the tutu (for royal guards in hotland) DON'T equip just yet
-Equip ballet shoes
-Buy cloudy glasses and torn notebook (for sans) DON'T equip either of these until sans, ballet shoes are better
-Lock in at undying (no hit basically required)

Hotland:
-Get the pan and equip
-Grind only tsunderplanes and vulkins, flee from pyros (with double encounters, kill tsundere first)
-Equip tutu at royal guards due to RNG (Grind until 38 and equip tutu just before royal guards)

Sans:
-Equip cloudy glasses and torn notebook
-LOCK THE HELL IN

Extras:
-Keep bandage until royal guards to allow fleeing
-DO NOT interact with save points
-PRACTICE
