Tonight, let's talk about how a Lack of Strategy is keeping you from growing your views and subscribers on YouTube. Many of the YouTubers I help often fall victim to several factors that I call "Success Killers."

If you want to get more views or get more subscribers, you will need to understand how your audience thinks and feels. To do that, you will need to know who your audience is.

Without this vital knowledge, you will probably waste a lot of time on YouTube creating content that nobody wants to watch.

Remember that Strategy without Tactics is the longest route to victory and Tactics without Strategy is the NOISE before DEFEAT. If you don't have a strategy, you are going to lose. Period.
